Alexandar Andrich, OD, FCOVD


Alexandar Andrich, OD, FCOVD  is in private practice at The Vision Development Team in North Royalton, Ohio. In addition to providing Vision Therapy, Sports Vision, and Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation services at his private practice, he is also on staff in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation departments at University Hospitals Parma Medical Center and the MetroHealth Rehabilitation Institute of Ohio. Dr. Andrich is the team optometrist and performance vision coach for the Cleveland Guardians and Toronto Blue Jays baseball teams, Cleveland Monsters hockey team, and other professional and amateur athletes.

Greg Appelbaum, Ph.D.


Greg Appelbaum, Ph.D. is a Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of California, San Diego where he heads the Human Performance Optimization Lab (Opti Lab). Professor Appelbaum’s research is focused on understanding the psychological and neural mechanisms that support human visual cognition and understanding how these change with experience, rehabilitation, and training. His research has been continually funded by grant awards from DARPA, NIH, and the Army Research Office, leading to over 80 published articles and book sections.

Melissa Bussey, OD


Melissa Bussey, OD is currently licensed and practices in both Detroit, Michigan and Windsor, Ontario.  She is the owner and founder of MB Optometry and Sports Vision Windsor. Throughout her career, Dr. Bussey has had the opportunity to work with amateur and elite athletes throughout the ECHL, AHL, NHL and NBA and has served as a consultant for the MLB.  In addition, her practice is the official vision center for the University of Windsor Lancers sports teams.

Adam Clarin, OD


Adam Clarin, OD is the owner of Clarin Eye Care, one of South Florida’s premier optometry practices.  In 2017, Dr. Clarin founded Miami Sports Vision, Miami’s only optometric-directed sports vision training program, and founded Miami Vision Therapy, a VT-only practice to compliment Sports Vision, in 2021.  He has worked with Florida International University’s baseball team and with many professional and amateur athletes.

Jarrod Davies, OD, FCOVD currently practices in South Jordan, Utah as the clinical director of Utah Vision Development Center. He specializes in vision rehabilitation and sports vision performance training. Dr. Edmunds established and runs the XTREMESIGHT Performance Clinic, a sports vision-only practice devoted to visual performance enhancement of athletes. In addition to his work with professional and collegiate teams, Dr. Edmunds provides custom programs for elite level youth and high school athletes. He lectures internationally and has published numerous articles on sports vision and contact lenses.

Graham Erickson, OD, FAAO, FCOVD


Graham Erickson, OD, FAAO, FCOVD is a professor at Pacific University College of Optometry, and currently teaches the Vision Therapy, Strabismus/Amblyopia and Sports Vision courses. Dr. Erickson has worked with collegiate, Olympic and professional sports athletes and teams for more than 25 years. He has authored the text Sports Vision: Vision Care for the Enhancement of Sports Performance He lectures internationally on the topics of sports vision, pediatrics, and binocular vision.

Dr. Alan Reichow, Professor Emeritus from Pacific University, spent 18 years with Nike, Inc., the final 6 years serving as Nike's Global Research Director of Vision Sciences, to apply sound vision science principles to both product development and athlete services across numerous Nike categories. He currently serves as CEO and Chief Science Officer for Performance Vision Technologies, Inc., manufacturer of ALTIUS Performance-Tinted Single-Use Soft Contact Lenses.

Dr. Jennifer Stewart is an optometrist, speaker, writer, consultant, and entrepreneur. With a deep interest in sports vision, she is the Co-Founder and Chief Vision Officer for Performance 20/20, which provides services and consulting for sports and performance vision training. She is a recipient of the Theia Award for Innovation by Women in Optometry and serves on the Executive Board for the International Sports Vision Association.
