Membership in ISVA runs for one year from the date of your sign up or renewal. ISVA welcomes new members to join throughout the year!
ATTENTION: If you are registering someone else in your practiced to join ISVA, please register under their name and email address. It is OK if billed to the same credit card, but we need to capture each member’s name and contact information individually.
Categories of Membership

Associate Membership
$60.00Any athlete, family, coach, or other interested parties, are qualified to apply for active associate membership. This category also now includes clinical staff, optical dispending staff, optical laboratory staff, coding and billing personnel, secretary/receptionists, office managers, and financial coordinators. Active Associate members do not have a vote and cannot hold office.

Professional Membership
$200.00Any optometrist, ophthalmologist, licensed therapist/athletic trainer, optician, or other licensed professionals constitute a professional member entity. Active professional members may vote and hold office. The membership dues for anyone in this category is $200.

Retired or Non-Active
$60.00This category applies to those persons who have retired from practice and those who wish to support the activities and efforts of ISVA but who do not qualify for any of the other membership categories.

Student Membership
$0.00Any student in a professional degree program or resident in a post-graduate program will enjoy complementary membership. This will last until the beginning of the calendar year after the completion of their education.
