Platinum Sponsorship - ISVA 2020 Conference
The Platinum Sponsors are acknowledged as supporters of the Conference, enjoying extensive exposure both before and during the Conference, with branding in all documentation and on-site signage. In addition, each Platinum sponsor will serve as host for one of the conference’s lunch breaks. The other benefits of the Platinum sponsorship are shown below.
• Exhibitor Booth with 1-3 tables in the exhibit hall (your choice) and up to three (3) industry
representative attendees’ badges for the Pre-Conference Workshop and General
Conference and all Breakfast/Lunches
• One (1) free pre-meeting promotional Email blast to opted-in Conference attendees. The
pre-meeting email will be deployed within two weeks of the meeting. Sponsor is required to provide the HTML-programmed email for distribution a minimum of 30 days prior to the meeting.
• Your company’s logo on Attendee Tote bag, one promotional insert into tote bags, and one promotional item for room drop.
